OUR POLICIES

CANCELLATION POLICY

The time you reserve with us is dedicated exclusively to you. When appointments are missed or cancelled without adequate notice, we are often unable to fill that time, which has a significant impact on our business.


  • We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Because we are closed on Sundays and Mondays, any Tuesday appointment must be cancelled by Saturday to provide proper notice. When sufficient notice is not given, the following policy will apply:


  • Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
     
  • No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service.
     

Please note that we do not have access to reply to automated appointment confirmation messages. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must call the salon directly to ensure your request is received and processed.


Any outstanding cancellation fees must be paid in full before booking future appointments.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our time and commitment to all clients.

BOOKING FEE POLICY

To secure your appointment time, a booking fee may be required at the time of scheduling your service.


  • For shorter appointments, such as haircuts and blow waves, a $30 booking fee may be requested.
     
  • For longer or more specialised services, such as nanoplasty and colour appointments, a $50 booking fee may be requested.
     

This booking fee is applied to secure your reserved appointment time and will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.


Please note that booking fees are non-refundable. However, the fee may be transferred to a new appointment if significant notice is provided in line with our cancellation policy. Booking fees may also be used toward in-salon retail purchases.


In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the booking fee may be forfeited.

Pricing Transparency Policy

We are committed to clear and honest pricing so you can feel confident and informed when booking your appointment.

All prices listed on our website and social media platforms are starting prices. Final pricing may vary depending on several factors, including:

  • Hair length and thickness
     
  • Hair density and condition
     
  • Previous colour history (including box dye)
     
  • The amount of product required
     
  • The time needed to achieve your desired result
     

For colour, nanoplasty, and other specialised services, an in-person consultation may be recommended to provide a more accurate quote. In some cases, additional services such as toners, treatments, or extra product may be required to achieve the best possible result. These will be discussed with you during your appointment.


If you would like an estimate prior to booking, we are happy to provide a general quote; however, please note that final pricing can only be confirmed after assessing your hair in person.

We will always communicate any significant price adjustments before proceeding with your service.

Refund Policy

At our salon, we are committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring our clients leave feeling confident and satisfied.


Due to the time, expertise, and professional products used during your appointment, we do not offer refunds on services completed.


If you have any concerns about your hair, please contact the salon within 7 days of your appointment so we can assess the situation. We are happy to offer an adjustment where appropriate, provided the concern relates to the original consultation and agreed outcome. Adjustments must be approved by the salon and completed within a reasonable timeframe.

Please note:

  • A change of mind is not considered a valid reason for a refund or redo.
     
  • Results may vary depending on hair history, condition, and aftercare.
     
  • Full disclosure of previous chemical services (including box dye) is required to ensure the best possible outcome
